Valcert uses Microsoft 365 (email and documents), Google Drive (restricted management access), Dataløn (payroll), and Dinero (accounting).
– Accounting data: 5 years (Bookkeeping Act)
– Customer data: 5 years after end of relationship
– Employee data: 5 years after termination
– General email correspondence: maximum 3 years if not relevant
– Job applications: deleted immediately (not retained)
